This feature is OFF by default.
You have the option to allow your students to email you for help from within their assignments. To do so, you will need to activate the feature.
Allow Students to Email You for Help
- From the Instructor Dashboard, click the vertical ellipsis icon for the associated course. Select Edit Details.
- Set Allow students to email you for help to Yes using the drop-down menu.
- Save Changes.
