Having trouble syncing grades or updating assignments?
You may need to re-authenticate your account with us. To re-authenticate your account with us, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Chicago Business Press instructor account
- Navigate to the course you are having issues with.
- Find the red 'Integration' button for the section you integrated with (please see screenshot below)
- Navigate to the settings tab and then click the green "Re-authenticate" button (please see screenshot below). You can do this at anytime without interruption.
- A new window will open. If your integration requires re-authentication, Canvas will ask you to authorize Chicago Business Press. Otherwise you will be sent to directly to your course in Chicago Business Press.
