Having trouble syncing grades or updating assignments?
You may need to re-authenticate your account with us. To re-authenticate your account with us, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your instructor account.
Navigate to the course you are having issues with.
Find the red Integration Status button for the section you integrated with (please see screenshot below).
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Re-authenticate button (please see the screenshot below). You can do this at any time without interruption.
A new window will open. If your integration requires re-authentication, you may be asked to authorize our application. Otherwise, you will be sent directly to your course in our system.
