Customers will receive a full refund on their purchase of Digital Products if the return request is received within 14 days of purchase. This includes digital products which are purchased as an purchase code, such as a course, or online eBook or other digital product subscription, such as eBooks. To obtain a refund, the customer will be required to fill out a support ticket and supply their order information to Customer Support on the Support Help-desk.
